Honeyeater Kitchen opened in November 2016 and is located inside the Kitchens, a new foodie playground. Awarding winning chefs Tim Stewart and Trent Scarr have culminated to create an explosion of mouth watering tapas style plates incorporating European techniques and Asian flavours. The Honeyeater kitchen is all about extracting the finest and most flavoursome qualities of food as does the honeyeater extract the finest and most flavoursome nectar in the region.
Honeyeater Kitchen's interior, designed by space cubed offers a scandi-luxe styled dining room, exclusive use balcony and an open kitchen to observe the art of cooking.
